Apportionment of other expenses.

Expenses that are not apportioned pursuant to §§ 20:10:29:32 to 20:10:29:47, inclusive, are apportioned among the interexchange category, the special access category, and all switched access elements in the same manner as § 20:10:29:30, other investment.
