This chapter establishes rules for switched access charges for intrastate switched access services provided by telecommunications companies. Such switched access charges are based on the intrastate switched access portion of toll as determined in chapter 20:10:28. Charges for such switched access services are computed, assessed, and collected and revenues from such charges are distributed as provided in this chapter.
