The intrastate expenses in all other, category 1, local business office expenses, except coin collection and administration, are segregated into the following subcategories based on an analysis of job functions:

1. (1) End user service order processing;
2. (2) End user payment and collection;
3. (3) End user billing inquiry;
4. (4) Interexchange carrier service order processing;
5. (5) Interexchange carrier payment and collection; and
6. (6) Interexchange carrier billing inquiry.
