Utility investigation fund -- Action taken on unpaid deposit.

If the amounts assessed against a telecommunications company are not paid within 30 days after the billing date and no objections are made within the time set by § 20:10:24:18, the commission shall proceed by action against the telecommunications company to collect the amount due.
