If requesting a sale, assignment, lease, or transfer of a certificate of authority to provide interexchange services, the company shall provide the information required by § 20:10:24:02. In ruling on any proposed sale, assignment, lease, or transfer of a certificate of authority to provide interexchange services, the commission shall consider the criteria set forth in § 20:10:24:03.
