The applicant shall also submit as part of the application any additional information necessary for the local review committees to assess the effects of the proposed facility pursuant to SDCL 49-41B-7. The applicant shall also submit as part of its application any additional information necessary to meet the burden of proof specified in SDCL 49-41B-22.
