The subscriber has the right to pay any delinquent bill at any time prior to disconnection in order to preserve uninterrupted service. If a telecommunications company representative is offered payment but does not have the authority to collect bills, the representative shall contact a telecommunications company representative who is authorized to receive such payment and service shall not be disconnected.
