In accordance with the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act, a telecommunications company must make available to applicants and subscribers, upon demand, the reasons for credit, deposit, disconnect, and refusal decisions and accept corrections in information upon which such decisions are based, if such corrections are true, correct, and verified.
