An applicant shall grant the authority reasonable access to the housing infrastructure project or school district project site and to the applicant’s records related to the project. An applicant shall provide any information or documentation required by the authority, from time-to-time, for the purpose of verifying compliance with applicable law and the terms and conditions of the written agreement.
