To be eligible for housing infrastructure funding, an applicant must:

1. (1) Be a for-profit entity, nonprofit entity, political subdivision, Indian tribe, or an agency of an Indian tribe;
2. (2) Submit an application for housing infrastructure funding to the authority; and
3. (3) Comply with the requirements, conditions, restrictions, and limitations imposed by this chapter and SDCL chapter 11-15.
