To the extent that the coordinated planning and development of administrative, community, recreational, commercial, and other nonhousing facilities in conjunction with rental housing developments are economically feasible and applicable to the proposed housing development and to the neighborhood or market area in which the proposed housing development is to be located, the authority may approve the financing of the ancillary facilities in connection with an authority mortgage loan or other authority financing.
