Any bank desiring to establish a mobile branch bank outside the municipality in which the bank has an existing permanent bank or branch bank facility shall, prior to the establishment of such branch, file a written application with the director on forms provided by the division.

Any application filed with the director for the establishment of a mobile branch bank shall follow the application procedure established in SDCL 51A-2-16 and shall be evaluated according to the criteria in SDCL 51A-3-9.
