The original, non-refundable, license fee for a mortgage lender is seven hundred fifty dollars, the original, non-refundable, license fee for a mortgage broker or mortgage brokerage is five hundred dollars and the original, non-refundable, registration fee for a mortgage loan originator is one hundred fifty dollars.
