1. (1) Less than $ 19,999,999 :

2. (2) $ 20,000,000 to $ 24,999,999 :

   $ 525,000

3. (3) $ 25,000,000 to $ 34,999,999 :

   $ 675,000

4. (4) $ 35,000,000 to $ 49,999,999 :

   $ 825,000

5. (5) $ 50,000,000 to $ 74,999,999 :

   $ 1,050,000

6. (6) $ 75,000,000 to $ 99,999,999 :

   $ 1,275,000

7. (7) $ 100,000,000 to $ 149,999,999 :

   $ 1,800,000

8. (8) $ 150,000,000 to $ 249,999,999 :

   $ 2,500,000

9. (9) $ 250,000,000 to $ 499,999,999 :

   $ 3,750,000

10. (10) $ 500,000,000 to $ 999,999,999 :
