An insurer or an insurance group shall, with the descriptive filing of its corporate governance annual disclosure, attach and label the documents that are used in its governance process. To the extent information is substantially similar to information in a document that was previously filed with the director, the insurer or insurance group shall, in lieu of submitting that document, attach a statement that identifies the specific location within the document and the date it was filed.
