20 : 06 : 30 : 20 . Applicability. In the event of a direct conflict between the provisions of §§ 20:06:30:13 to 20:06:30:20 , inclusive, and the provisions in chapter 20:06:31 , the provisions of §§ 20:06:30:13 to 20:06:30:20 , inclusive, apply, but only to the extent of the conflict .
