A person required to submit an application to be licensed as a key employee as required by § 20:04:33:45 may request the commission, in writing, to review its determination of that individual's status within the hub operation. If the commission determines that the person is not a key employee or that the public interest does not require the person to be licensed as a key employee, the application shall be allowed to be withdrawn and the person’s employment shall be allowed to continue. The request of the key employee applicant for review of key employee status does not stay the obligation of the hub licensee to present the key employee’s application within the 30-day period prescribed by § 20:04:33:45.
