At the time of final approval of the applicant’s system and license, the multi-jurisdictional totalizator hub applicant shall give to the commission a bond in an amount set by the commission, that guarantees all payments to the commission, payments for winning tickets, and the payment of account balances not to exceed $10,000 per account. The bond must be made payable to the South Dakota Commission on Gaming.
