Multi -jurisdictional totalizator hub license. Prior to operating a hub an entity or person must apply for and be granted a multi-jurisdictional totalizator hub license from the commission to conduct simulcasting and pari-mutuel wagering in accordance with SDCL 42-7-58.7 and this chapter.
