The commission may prepare a list of persons to be excluded from employment, or participation in pari-mutuel wagering through any multi-jurisdictional hub licensed in this state. The commission may consult with any gaming jurisdiction, pari-mutuel jurisdiction, law enforcement agency, or credible source, public or private, to prepare the list. The executive secretary may recommend changes to the exclusion list.
