The commission may revoke or suspend the license, levy fines, or take other disciplinary action as deemed appropriate against any multi-jurisdictional totalizator hub licensee or any licensed hub personnel for violation of any provision of the gaming or pari-mutuel rules of South Dakota or any state or federal statute subject to the provisions of SDCL chapter 1-26.
