Each pari-mutuel ticket issued must have printed on it:
- (1) The name of the racetrack or association;
- (2) The number of the race;
- (3) The unique computer-generated ticket number;
- (4) The date the ticket was issued;
- (5) The date of the race for which the ticket was issued;
- (6) The number of the ticket-issuing machine;
- (7) The type of pool;
- (8) The number of each entry on which the wager was placed; and
- (9) The dollar amount of the wager.
