Perfecta wagering on an entry permitted.

In stake, handicap, and quarter horse races, perfecta wagering will be permitted on an entry. If an entry finishes first and second, the net perfecta pool shall be distributed to holders of tickets selecting the entry to win combined with the horse finishing third.
