If for any reason the first race of a daily double is cancelled, a full refund shall be made of the daily double pool. If for any reason the second race of the daily double is cancelled after the first race of the daily double has been completed, the entire daily double pool shall be distributed in proportion to the amount wagered on those combinations including the winner of the first race of the daily double to holders of tickets which include the winner of the first race of the daily double.
