If no ticket is sold which includes the winner of the first race of the daily double, then the entire pool shall be paid to the holders of tickets which include the winner of the last race of the daily double. If no ticket is sold which includes the winner of the last race of the daily double, the entire pool shall be paid to the holders of tickets which include the winner of the first half of the daily double.
