Distribution of pool if no ticket includes winner of two races.

If a ticket requiring the distribution of the pool pursuant to § 20:04:30:110 is not sold, the amount of the pari-mutuel pool shall be distributed among the holders of tickets that select the winner of any one race included in the daily triple.
