ARSD 20:04:29:05 – Employer's responsibility to license employee.

The responsibility of licensing an employee rests with the employer. Employment, engagement, or harboring of an unlicensed individual without reporting such employment to the stewards and immediately obtaining a license for the employee may be cause for fine or suspension, or both.
