An individual, partnership, or corporation applying for a license under Pub L No. 100-413, the Parimutuel Licensing Simplification Act of 1988 (August 22, 1988), through the Association of Racing Commissioners International shall complete that application form as provided. The commission may require additional applicant information that it considers necessary before granting approval for a license in this state.
