Finals may be run without time trials.

Notwithstanding the provisions of § 20:04:25.01:01, if 11 or 12 horses are entered to run in the time trial from a gate with 12 or more stalls, the association may choose to run the finals only. Only the first 10 finishes may receive purse money.
