20:04:24 :67. Double entries. Two entries of the same ownership may be uncoupled for wagering purposes. A trainer may enter two horses, separately owned, for wagering purposes. One of the horses must be preferred. If the race overfills, only one horse may start. If the race does not overfill, both horses may start and run as separate interests.
