If an entry from a disqualified person or a disqualified horse is received, the entry is void. Any money paid for the entry shall be forfeited unless the disqualification is disclosed before scratch time for the race. Any money forfeited pursuant to this section shall be included in the total purse of the race in which the horse was entered.
