Under no circumstances shall jockey agents communicate with their jockeys during racing hours except through the stewards to notify the jockeys of late riding engagements. Jockeys shall not communicate with any person outside the paddock or jockeys' quarters until all of their riding engagements for that day have been fulfilled or unless permission is granted by the stewards.
