The official program shall indicate the order in which each race is to be run; the purse, conditions, and distance of each race; the owner, trainer, and jockey of each horse; the weight assigned to each horse; the horse's number and post position, color, sex, age, breeding, and racing colors. The names of the members of the commission, commission officials, and all racing officials and the pertinent certificate rules shall be printed on the program. The program may show other pertinent data as requested by the commission or association.
