The clerk of the scales shall weigh all jockeys out and in. All jockeys taking part in a race shall be weighed out by the clerk of the scales not less than 20 minutes before the time fixed for the race. The horse in each instance shall be specified, and the number of the horse shall be exhibited officially as soon as possible. Jockeys shall be weighed in at the conclusion of the race.
