The officers and employees of each licensed facility shall promptly give the commission auditor such information requested, and shall freely and fully cooperate in every way so that the commissioner auditor may be certain that the mutuel department is being properly and efficiently operated in strict accordance with the law and the rules and regulations of the commission.
