The following fees shall be charged by the commission for the licenses issued:

1. (1) Association licenses:

   1. (a) Association: $10 per performance;
   2. (b) Association employee (otherthankeypersonnelandofficials): $10;
   3. (c) Contract concessionaire: $3 per performance;
   4. (d) Concession employee: $7.50;
   5. (e) Lead-out: $7.50;
   6. (f) Mutuel employee: $10;
   7. (g) Officials and key personnel, including the association judges, racing secretary, paddock judge, timer, clerk of scales, chart writer, mutuel manager, tote personnel manager, patrol judge, starter, lure operator, manager, assistant manager, off-track site manager, concession manager, announcer, track superintendent, public relations director, and photo-finish camera operator: $15;
   8. (h) Tip sheet operator: $15;
   9. (i) Veterinarian: $15;
   10. (j) Security guard: $12;

2. (2) Dog owner licenses:

   1. (a) Authorized agent: $15;
   2. (b) True owner: $15;
   3. (c) Partnership: $15;
   4. (d) Corporation: $25;

3. (3) Kennel licenses:

   1. (a) Kennel operator: $15;
   2. (b) Trainer: $15;
   3. (c) Owner-trainer: $25;
   4. (d) Assistant trainer: $15;
   5. (e) Kennel helper: $7.50;
   6. (f) Kennel name: $15;
   7. (g) Kennel owner: $15;
4. (4) Duplicate license: $7.
