An inmate, who has been reported by the warden to be out of compliance with the inmate's individual program directive or who the warden reports that there is insufficient information to determine the inmate's compliance or noncompliance, shall be scheduled for a hearing. This hearing shall be commenced within 60 days after the board's receipt of the warden's report of noncompliance or insufficient information.
