For purposes of calculating initial parole and sentence discharge dates for multiple counts in a single transaction occurring on or after July 1, 1996, dates are calculated on the longest time to initial parole and the longest time to sentence discharge. The longest time to initial parole and the longest time to sentence discharge may be figured on different counts.
