Terms used in this title mean:
- (1) "Department," the Department of Corrections;
- (2) "Employee," any person employed in any capacity whose duties are under the supervision of the Department of Corrections;
- (3) "Inmate," any person incarcerated by virtue of a judicial order or other lawful process in any department facility.
