12 : 82 : 07 : 03 . Testing . The laboratory shall determine the Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol (Δ9 -THC) and Delta-9- Tetrahydrocannabinolic Acid (Δ9 -THCA) concentration in industrial hemp sample by using liquid chromatography-electrospray mass spectrometry. The laboratory must report the total Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol content concentration level on a dry weight basis and the measurement of uncertainty.
