12 : 82 : 06 : 01 . Inspection requirements. The department and the Department of Public Safety shall have complete and unrestricted access during business hours and may enter on any land or other property where industrial hemp is planted, stored, propagated, produced, or processed , for the purpose of inspections, sample collections, testing, or investigation. The Department of Public Safety shall report all inspection data to the department.
