12 : 82 : 04 : 02 . Corrective actions. A corrective action plan established by the department to correct negligent violations may include:

1. (1) A reasonable date to correct the negligent violation; and
2. (2) A requirement to periodically report to the department regarding compliance with the corrective action plan for a period of not less than two consecutive calendar years.
