12 : 82 : 03 : 02 . Submission of planting and harvest data to United States Department of Agriculture Farm Service Agency. Grower and research licensees shall provide their industrial hemp license number and certify industrial hemp acreage , or square footage if grown indoors, planted for all growing locations to their local office of the United States Department of Agriculture Farm Service Agency.
