Each licensed processor shall remit monthly a harvest fee of one dollar per processed carcass if the carcass or any processed products of the carcass will be marketed or sold as SOUTH DAKOTA CERTIFIED^TM beef or SOUTH DAKOTA CERTIFIED^TM natural beef products.
