The licensee shall pay a product sampling fee of $15 per sample to the commissioner at the time the sample results are made available to the licensee. The licensed processor is not entitled to reimbursement for the cost of the beef product to be sampled. The commissioner may waive the fee if the cost of sampling is paid from another source.
