12 : 68 : 29 : 06 . Maintenance of swine records. Each agent or agency identifying swine must maintain , for at least one hundred twent y da ys, a record specifying the identification used, the date of application, and the name and address of the producer of all swine identified. These records must be made available to the board or its authorized agents at any reasonable time.
