An official , approved pseudorabies test is a swine blood sample drawn by a licensed , accredited veterinarian and serologically tested for the diagnosis of pseudorabies with one of the following tests:

1. (1) SN 1:2 dilution;
2. (2) Elisa;
3. (3) Latex agglutination; or
4. (4) G₁ Elisa test.
