A pseudorabies monitored herd is a herd of breeding swine tested negative to an official pseudorabies test listed in § 12:68:17:11 within the past 12 months according to the following schedule:

Over 10 but less than 36 sows

36 sows or more

30 percent, but no more than 30 sows
