A bulk pesticide storage facility permit is required prior to the operation of a bulk pesticide storage facility. Each facility must be approved by the secretary of the Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources prior to issuance of a permit. A permit shall remain valid until voluntarily withdrawn by the applicant or otherwise modified, suspended, or revoked by the secretary of the Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources.
