Commercial applicators who use pesticides must be certified for grain fumigation pest control to fumigate anything other than soil, including commodity storage, such as grain storage bins, rail cars, vehicles, and vessels, in which grain is stored during transit, vertebrate burrows, buildings and enclosed spaces permanently or occasionally occupied by humans. Licensed applicators in this classification must be certified and licensed to use any pesticide.
